Red Velvet Valentine Cupcake.

Valentine’s day, 14 of Feb, the day of  celebration of love and affection. It is a day of expressing your love with gifts and flowers to your loved ones. Show your love this valentine with this special cupcake. Nothing says I love you more than home baked soft and moist red cupcakes topped with whipped cream and strawberries. So what are we waiting for lets write down the recipe and to do list for valentine.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ All purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon coca powder
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 table spoon red food color
  • 1 table spoon distilled vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 ½ cup oil or butter

Method:

  1. Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Shift through the dry ingredients (Flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, coca powder)
  3. In Boch bowl beat together the oil, buttermilk, eggs, food color, vinegar and vanilla)
  4. Now add the shifted dry ingredients and using the beater mix it well.
  5. Line the cupcake baking tray with cupcake liner and fill it 2/3 with mixture.
  6. Bake for 20 10 22 minutes.
  7. Let the cupcakes cool then top it with whip cream and strawberries or fruit of your choice.
